Rolling Rewards Program Rules
- Free maintenance service membership is provided by Action Trailer Depot/Action RV Specialists exclusively on new trailers only.
- This is not an extended warranty or service.
- Maintenance service membership is not transferable.
- Unused membership service has no cash value. No reimbursement will be issued for any unused labor, parts or materials.
- All membership service must be performed by Action Trailer Depot/Action RV Specialists at our facility by our staff.
- The customer is financially responsible for any service performed by anyone other than Action Trailer Depot/Action RV Specialists. Action Trailer Depot/Action RV Specialists will not be responsible nor reimburse customer for any services.
- The axle wheel bearing re-pack includes the following parts only; one grease seal per hub, new bearing grease and spindle nut cotter pin. One axle bearing re-pack per year allotted.
- The trailer wash service includes an exterior wash with the appropriate detergent and an air dry. One trailer wash per year allotted.
- The annual safety inspection is based on a visual inspection of the listed components. No repairs or adjustments are included in this service. One annual safety inspection allotted.
- If a problem is found during an annual inspection, we will first notify the owner, and then follow the prescribed warranty procedures for that particular make and model for warranty coverage. If the trailer is out of warranty, the owner has the option to authorize repairs at the owner’s expense or decline any further repairs.
- The living quarters winterize includes; draining of all fresh water lines, water storage tank and water heater. Fill pressurized water lines with non toxic antifreeze. De-winterize in the spring.
- Membership card must be presented at time of requested service or product purchase.
- Preferred service appointment placement is a privilege extended to our customers. It is not a guaranty of a customer’s requested appointment date or time. Scheduling service appointments takes into account several criteria’s; availability of specialized technicians, service bay availability, parts availability and severity of repairs. However, a fair and reasonable effort will be made to accommodate the customer’s request for a specific date and time.
- Card holder agrees to all terms under which the card is issued.
- If the card is lost or stolen, it is the responsibility of the card holder to notify Action Trailer Depot/Action RV Specialists by way of either phone or mail within 24 hours of loss.
- Expiration of the membership card occurs two years on the anniversary of the date of issue.
- Membership cards are issued one card per trailer Vehicle Identification Number at the time of retail delivery.
- Employees and employee dependants are not eligible to participate in program.
- Any trailers ordered or sold prior to the introduction of this program are not eligible.
- The Rolling Rewards membership card is the property of Action Trailer Depot/Action RV Specialists and must be surrendered upon request.
- Discounts on parts and accessories are for in store purchases only. On line purchases are not eligible for discounts. Discounts cannot be combined with any other store, manufacturer, organization or club discount, rebate or promotion.
- Membership card must be presented prior to any purchase.
- Discounts on labor are for customer pay labor only. Insurance, warranty and extended service contract labor is not eligible.
- Membership card must be presented or mentioned at time of booking of appointment or when service request is made.
- Action Trailer Depot/Action RV Specialists reserve the right to modify or make changes to this program without notice.
- Customers may purchase the individual maintenance membership packages in order to extend a prior membership or for a currently owned trailer that was purchased prior to the introduction of this program. Pricing subject to change without notice
