In April we purchased a carry-on utility trailer from Justin Clark at Action Trailer in Albuquerque.  The trailer sat on our lot for three months before we actually had a chance to use it.  It took us only one trip to realize that the trailer did not suit our purposes.

In mid-July, we approached Justin and asked him about the possibility of "trading up".  Justin said that there would be no problem at all, and within a half hour we had settled on just what we needed.  We didn't haggle about the trade in, and I just asked Justin to prepare the paperwork and that we'd take care of the transaction the next day.

When I went in to pick up the trailer, all modifications had been made and everything was ready to go.  Having resigned myself to the "kick in the gut" that I was going to get on my trade-in, I sat down to sign the paperwork.  I was literally flabbergasted at the good deal they gave me on my trade-in.

The excellent service that we received and the "square deal" that we got from Action Trailer speak volumes for their integrity and their professionalism.  From now on, when we have any trailer-related business to transact, it will be with Action Trailer.
