Axle Wheel Bearing Re-Packing
Thoroughly clean, inspect and re-grease all inner and outer wheel bearings. We will also inspect all brake components and adjust shoes as needed. Before we finish we will also re-torque lug nuts and check the tire pressure on all tires.		$99.95 per axel

Deep Cycle Battery Service
Perform load test, hydrometer test and check for proper polarity and charge. Fill all cells to proper fluid level and re-charge if necessary.		$44.50

Fresh Water System Sanitation and Flush
Fill fresh water storage tank with special sanitizing formula. We then pump the solution through out the entire pressurized water system removing bacteria and foul smelling odors.		$78.75

Low Pressure LP Gas Leak Test
Certified technicians will perform a Manometer test on the entire LP gas system exposing any gas leak that may exist, so that a possible repair can be assessed quickly.		$89.00

Utility and Horse Trailer Annual Inspection
We perform a thorough 20 point inspection front to rear, top to bottom and inside and out. If you don't want all 20 items checked that’s ok, you can choose just the items that you want inspected. After were done we will advise you of any areas of concern and make any repairs only when you say so.		$178.00

Roof-Top Air Conditioner Service
We get you chilling with this check up. All systems are checked, amp draw, temperature differential, and voltage supply to unit. We will also clean the air filter and lubricate the blower motor if needed. If the unit needs a recharge, that will result in an additional charge.		$101.50

Water System Winterize
Its time to put the unit away for the season. We drain all water lines, water heater, water storage tank and in line filters. Then we bypass the water heater and circulate non toxic antifreeze throughout the system, including all sink traps and water pump. Refrigerator Tune-Up
Don’t wait until you have spoiled food (and vacation) to pay attention to your fridge. We will perform an inspection as outlined by the manufacturer, including; AC voltage, heat element ohm test, clean burner, orifice and flue. Check for proper venting and check door seal.		$133.50

Water Heater Service
Nothings worse than a cold shower! Avoid that problem by having us service your water heater. We will check the ignition mode, then we clean the igniter, burner assembly, adjust the fuel/air mixture and adjust the pilot (if equipped). And while were at it, you should have us replace the anode just to be on the safe side! (that is extra)		$89.98

Generator service
Generators need love too! Keep your generator operating at peak performance with this service. We start by changing the oil and filter, then we replace the spark plugs with genuine O.E.M. replacements.
